Released March 1 by the singer-songwriter herself, this record gently seduces the senses with its Americana-folk guitar riffs and sappy country-esque vocals.
The listener is pulled in by remarkably relatable storytelling, making it nearly impossible not to empathize with the raw, confessional-content of the lyrics. The LP has an organic, live sound to it that immediately sets it apart from artists of the same genre.
The most enjoyable track on this record is "Goin Easy." It's one of those songs that takes time to get to know, but once it's done, listeners will be head over heals in love.
This is for those music-connosuiers just dying to fill their iPod with something of substance.
