Seven lucky City College faculty and staff will have the chance this school year to buy a Mediterranean-style home complete with ocean views and within walking distance of the college-all for under $400,000.

Interested faculty and staff can apply for one of the seven two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos this fall and will be selected to purchase the homes in a January lottery.
